Hatchery of misery and misfortune

Adamantine prison, its only purpose
To breed a wide range of organs
Lucky are those who die early...
Cursed whom have to endure this

Our anguish is unfathomable...

They ought to be alive
The hearts must still be pumping
Otherwise the price wont be;
It is dripping with human suffering...

Why can't we just die?

Our pains will finally come to an end
Blades will smoothly join our flesh
Our blood will be siphoned
And as they remove our hearts, the death itself will descend
